This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing modules.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit modules to customize them.
The left side has modules you can add!
Some modules you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some modules have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I got a full-time job working at ARCA. They help people with disabilities. I'm a Job Coach. So, I go to their jobsites, help people get through their days, and keep their jobs. I'm revising "Blood With Breakfast", a chapter from Frederick's Flower. The writer's group I formed is going strong and I'm still very passionate about completing my first novel. The artwork for my Adonis comic is nearing completion. It's my hope that I can get it published and printed this Summer. I'm still staying with my mother, but I've come out of my dark place and feel things are opening up for me now. I've been watching "Were The World Mine". A gay musical based on Shakespeare's A Midsummer Nights Dream. I'd love to write more, but I'm feeling wiped out and I have work tomorrow.
Maximo, Got a job offer to draw a graphic novel manga style. What's a standard page rate for pencils and inks? I'll probably be lettering too. Any advice as far as contracts and what's a standard advance for doing a comic, if you've ever gotten one.
Hmmm well I got paid about 100-120 per page before. But that was from a bigger company, a smaller company might offer way less. The advance would depend on the company I've never asked for one myself.
well for 50 dollars a day, I'd just do simpler artwork, I wouldn't strain myself with details, alot of headshots haha not a whole lot of backrounds and buildings, really I say go for it. It's good for a first gig, really.
My writer's group partner said to charge $100 to $120 per page and be willing to negotiate down in price, perhaps for part of the rights in case the book takes off.
